Items in stock will be posted within 3 working days. 

 

Dyed to order items I aim to despatch within 14 days of ordering (21 days for adult tights).

 

Shipping within the UK will be via Royal Mail first class, please allow 5 working days from posting.

International shipping will be via Royal Mail international standard post, please allow 7 working days from posting.

Returns & exchanges

I want you to love your items, so if for any reason you don't, please get in touch! Returns are accepted on unworn clothing and unused yarn within 14 days. Please return in original cellophane packaging. I am more than happy to offer an exchange items or a full refund. Once received I will refund the return postage cost.

What data? This will usually be your name, postal address, email address and contact number. I never have access to card/bank details.

 

When is your data collected? Data is collected when you use checkout on this website, if you sign up for the newsletter, enter giveaways on facebook and/or if you pay for goods via paypal.

How is it used? Data will only be used for posting goods (via Royal Mail), sending newsletters (email), drawing winners or contacting you about you order.

Where is it stored? Data is stored on this (Wix) website, Paypal, my Gmail account and in the case of yarn clubs on a personal spreadsheet on a password protected laptop. Under no circumstances will your data be shared without consent.
